Bilateral Sole`s Perforating Mal
(T. V., f., 60 ani / years old)
Clinical Manifestations: bilateral, in the previous half of soles an atony ulceration with 3 cm diametre surronded by a sclerosis zone. Toes IV-V are missing bilateral (succesive amputations in antecedents). Insulin dependent diabetis about four years.
Clinic: bilateral în jumătatea anterioară a plantelor o ulcerație atonă cu diametrul de cca.3 cm înconjurată de o zonă de scleroză. Degetele IV-V lipsesc bilateral (amputații succesive în antecedente). Diabet zaharat insulinodependent de patru ani.
Feet Radiography: important deformations of foot skeleton, without osteonecrosis lesions. Surgical missing of III - IV toes, bilateral.
Radiografia picioarelor: deformații importante ale scheletului piciorului, fără leziuni de osteonecroză. Lipsa chirurgicală a degetelor III - IV bilateral.
